Our Fees, keeping things simple:
Option One - £1250 (inc VAT) payable upfront, this includes professional photography, video tour and floorplan - all the viewings and times will be mutually agreed by the agent and the vendor.
Option Two - 0.9% (inc VAT) of the agreed selling price, with a maximum fee being charged of £2850 (inc VAT) payable on completion of the sale, there is a £100 upfront fee for professional photography, video tour and floorplan. All the viewings and times will be mutually agreed by the agent and the vendor.
